Group Secretary Our Client a leading 'Big4' Accounting firm with an excellent reputation in the market place are currently looking to recruit a Group Secretary reporting to a group comprising of Partner, Director, Senior Manager and Manager level. Overall Purpose To provide an effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Group Main Duties/Responsibilities - Make appointments, book and organise meetings and travel
- Record and submit expenses following business trips
- Company research and client set up procedure
- Billing and accounting of fees
- Process weekly time record keeping and inputting
- General secretarial duties
- Undertake photocopying and binding jobs as requested
- General secretarial duties
Qualifications & Skills Required - Secretarial qualifications and relevant employment experience
- Microsoft Word for Windows 95V7
- Microsoft Powerpoint for Windows 95V7
- Microsoft ExcelWord for Windows 95V7
- Lotus Notes V4.5
- Good Organisational Skills
- Organised Admin Skills
- Typing speed of 60/70 wpm
- Candidates should be able to act on own initiative while been able to communicate and articulate well.
